LINPAC Environmental staff are celebrating after achieving the internationally recognised ISO 14001 environmental standard in near record time. It took little more than six months for the company to satisfy the criteria for certification.

The project was managed by LINPAC Environmental's Business Systems Manager, Andy Moores, supported by a committee representing all parts of the business.

The implementation plan was agreed in June 2007 and work began on the project a month later. By October, the accreditation body was making its first site visit, followed by a final audit in January 2008. Within days, LINPAC Environmental staff heard they had achieved the required level for ISO14001 registration. For more information click here.
